Reservation & Payment

A 50% down payment of the rental total is required to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% rental balance and applicable refundable security deposit must be paid before the dress is released for pickup or dispatched for delivery.

The security deposit is separate from the rental amount and is not included when calculating the 50% reservation payment.

After a booking request is submitted, the rental schedule is temporarily held for 60 minutes. If payment is not verified before the hold expires, the dates automatically become available again.

Payment instructions and the QR code/payment details are provided through K&M Dress Collections on Facebook Messenger.

Fixed Rental Period

Every rental follows a fixed 3-calendar-day schedule. Day 1 is the pickup day, Day 2 is the event day, and Day 3 is the return day.

Shorter rental periods, additional rental days, and rental extensions are not available. The full rental price applies to the fixed rental schedule.

One full day immediately following the scheduled return date is reserved by K&M for inspection and cleaning. This cleaning day is not charged to the customer.

Pickup & Return

Pickup is after 1:00 PM on Day 1, the selected pickup date.

Dresses must be returned before 1:00 PM on Day 3, the agreed return date.

Pickup is at Gatiawin, Arayat, Pampanga. Exact pickup arrangements are coordinated through Messenger. A valid government-issued ID may be required before the dress is released.

Security Deposit

Pickup rentals require a ₱500 refundable security deposit.

Delivery rentals require a ₱1,000 refundable security deposit.

Following return and inspection, the refundable balance of the security deposit is normally returned within 6–12 hours, less any applicable late, damage, specialized-cleaning, or other agreed charges.

Delivery

Local delivery is currently available within Pampanga through Lalamove or Grab, subject to courier availability.

Delivery and return courier charges are shouldered by the customer and are not included in the rental price.

For a courier return, the dress must arrive back at K&M before the agreed return deadline. Merely handing the dress to a courier before the deadline does not count as an on-time return.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

For cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date, the 50% reservation payment is refundable.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup date, the 50% reservation payment is forfeited.

Any security deposit already collected remains refundable where no applicable charges exist.

No Rental Extensions

Rental extensions and additional rental days are not available. The dress must be returned before 1:00 PM on the agreed Day 3 return date.

The late-return fee is not an optional extension charge. Keeping the dress beyond the agreed deadline is considered an unauthorized late return.

Late Returns

Unauthorized late returns are charged ₱300 per day. Late-return charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

The customer remains responsible for returning the dress as soon as possible. A late-return fee does not create or approve an extension of the rental period.

Care, Cleaning & Alterations

Cleaning is included in the rental. Customers must not wash or dry clean the dress before returning it.

Unauthorized alterations or permanent modifications are not allowed. This includes cutting, hemming, damaging adjustments, and other modifications that may alter the dress.

Please avoid direct perfume sprays, makeup transfer, burns, excessive staining, and sharp jewelry or accessories that may snag or damage fabrics.

Damage & Loss

Minor stains resulting from reasonable normal wear are covered.

Major stains, tears, damaged components, or damage requiring specialized cleaning or repair may be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

If applicable charges exceed the security deposit, the customer remains responsible for the outstanding balance.

A lost dress or a dress damaged beyond reasonable repair may be charged at its full replacement value.

Agreement

By submitting a rental booking request and accepting these Terms & Conditions, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the K&M Dress Collections rental policies.
